As a continuation of celebrating its 20th year of grantmaking for health impact in Kosciusko County, K21 Health Foundation provided a gift of $20,000 to Kosciusko Community YMCA. These gifts are intended to honor and appreciate health-related nonprofit organizations in the community that have been serving others for 20 or more years. Read more.

The splash pad opened on May 15, the weekend of the annual Fat and Skinny Tire Festival. Since then, Hummitch noted the splash pad has been well received from both members of the community as well as visitors from afar. Utilizing filtered, recycled water, the splash pad features numerous types of water play for all ability levels, a feature that was paramount in the design. Read more.
