Rich Haddad
President & CEO

Rich oversees all aspects of K21’s operations and reports directly to the board of directors. His responsibilities include all financial reporting and managing investment relationships to ensure careful stewardship of the foundation’s funds, leveraging his background in investment and financial planning. He works closely with local community leaders and organizations to identify the best opportunities for advancing K21’s mission through grants and community engagement. Rich earned his degree in business and accounting from Grace College and holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management.

Rich and his wife, Kathy, enjoy lake living in Kosciusko County. He actively participates in water sports, golf and other outdoor activities. He has two children with spouses and two grandchildren who love visiting and taking advantage of all the amenities our community offers.

Jennifer Stewart
Grants Manager

Jennifer serves as the main contact for K21’s grantmaking activities. She assists potential grantees in initiating their requests, oversees the entire grant process, and manages relationships for all board-approved grants. Jennifer actively engages with the community to support initiatives that foster a healthy environment. As a longtime resident of Kosciusko County, she graduated from Warsaw Community High School and earned degrees in business administration and psychology from Grace College.

Jennifer and her husband, Scott, are actively involved with their two sons, daughters-in-law and five grandchildren. She thrives when hosting events for her family and friends. She loves to lead worship at her church and enjoys staying active on our great greenways.

Angie Summers
Operations Manager

Angie is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of K21’s daily activities. These include finance, communications, ongoing initiatives, facility management and hosting both K21 and community events and meetings at our office. As a former grantee, Angie is well-acquainted with K21 and its mission. She has over 15 years of experience in Kosciusko County’s nonprofit sector and is passionate about improving our community. This background also enables her to contribute to problem-solving and idea development for health initiatives that K21 could support. Angie earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Grace College in 2007, followed by a master’s degree from the IU School of Social Work in 2011.

Angie enjoys spending time with her husband, Craig, and their three children, each involved in sports and other activities. In her free time, she likes reading, frequenting the local greenways and relaxing on the water.
