Community Amenities Program

The Community Amenities Program (CAP) is a matching grant program that funds new amenities outside the central area of Kosciusko County, such as trail upgrades, recreational facilities, walking trails, public art, alleyway improvements and parklets.

K21’s Role

CAP is a fund established by the Orthopedic Industry Retention Initiative (OIRI) at Orthoworx. K21 manages the application, review and administration process for these grants to ensure accountability and long-term impact. This fund is separate from K21’s private grantmaking.
