K21 Health Foundation provides partnership and leadership to support community initiatives that improve the wellbeing of Kosciusko County’s residents. Our role varies in each case, but one thing remains constant: our value goes beyond grantmaking.
Cancer Care Fund
The Cancer Care Fund offers support to eligible residents of Kosciusko County who are battling cancer. Its goal is to ease some of the financial burdens that typically come with a cancer diagnosis.
Community Amenities Program
The Community Amenities Program provides funding to improve quality of life by developing new or improving existing public amenities.
Health Services Pavilion
The Health Services Pavilion provides a single location for Kosciusko residents to access health and social services.
