K21 Health Foundation Awards Over $159,000 in Grants to Area Nonprofits
Winona Lake, IN—K21 Health Foundation announces grants totaling $159,557 to nonprofit organizations whose projects impact the health and wellness of Kosciusko County residents.

K21 Health Foundation awards grants focused on four key Health Pillars: Community Culture & Wellbeing, Direct Services & Prevention, Health Access & Opportunity and Youth Development & Activity.
