K21 Health Foundation Awards $3.3M in Grants to Kosciusko County Nonprofits
Winona Lake, IN – K21 Health Foundation announces grants totaling $3,345,327 to nonprofit organizations whose projects improve the health and wellness of Kosciusko County residents.

K21 Health Foundation awards grants in four key Health Pillars: Community Culture & Wellbeing, Health Access & Opportunity, Direct Services & Prevention, and Youth Development & Activity.
