Winona Lake, Ind. – The K21 Health Foundation (K21) is pleased to award a grant of $54,500 to Warsaw-based non-profit Combined Community Services (CCS) for the purpose of providing fresh, local produce to people in the community.

For nearly 40 years, Heartline Pregnancy Center has offered crisis pregnancy services to Warsaw and the surrounding community.
