Universally accessible playgrounds create an environment that fosters inclusion, dignity and shared experiences for everyone, including those with physical, sensory, cognitive or social-emotional differences.

Under normal circumstances, identifying all these resources would be challenging and time-consuming. Under financial and healthrelated stress, they can be overwhelming. Fortunately, in Kosciusko County, we have the Pavilion Help Center.

The Kosciusko Community Recovery Program (KCRP) helps Kosciusko County Jail inmates on their path to recovery—supporting re-entry into community life and reducing recidivism.

In 2013, no children’s therapeutic services existed within an hour of Kosciusko County. Rebecca Bazzoni, a physical therapist with a passion for helping kids, decided to fill that need by opening a pediatric clinic in Warsaw as a satellite location of another nonprofit, with support from K21 Health Foundation.

At K21 Health Foundation, we believe that access to quality healthcare is a cornerstone of a thriving community. That’s why we’ve been supporters of Brightpoint in Kosciusko County since 2011.

McMillen Health’s Brush! Oral Health Program is an initiative designed to educate and launch lifelong dental health in children.

Cancer affects millions of people every year. It takes a toll on both physical and mental health, leaving many people feeling lost and overwhelmed.

At K21, we believe in supporting our community’s health through all stages of life. That’s why we’re proud to partner with Stillwater Hospice, a non-profit organization that offers hospice care services, as well as palliative care, to individuals and families throughout Kosciusko County.

One of our community’s greatest assets is the rich network of greenways, trails, and paths available to the public.

In Kosciusko County, our first responders are essential to our community! Not only do our police officers, firefighters, and EMS providers go above and beyond to protect and care for residents and visitors alike, but they also pour into the community.

Winona Lake, Ind. – Almost 10 years ago an organization was created by Ryan Burgher called Agaitas.  The organization was originally intended to reach families who could not afford summer camps, and he started with his favorite sport, soccer.
